We finish our beef on multi-species pasture using no-till methods to seed premium forage. We never use artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides on our pastures.
Final price is based on hanging weight - we do this to provide you the option of customizing your cuts based on your preferences. Price includes processing, cut, and wrap fees - no extra charges. Pick up is here at the ranch and will be coordinated once the processor has finished the product.
Hanging weight averages between 500 and 650 lbs for a grass-finished whole Red Angus beef. The final take home weight is 60-65% of the hanging weight. Please know that the hanging weight may fall outside of this weight range.
